| Paper Publication Policy |

In order for accepted papers to be included in the workshop proceedings, at least one author of the paper must
register for the workshop by January 28, 2010 (follow the
link).

The IEEE Electronic Copyright Form for the paper must be completed at the
EDAS website by January 28, 2010.
Simply go to the label "My papers" after you log into
EDAS. Click the copyright sign "©" beside the upload folder icon,
then click the Copyright Submission button and follow the instructions.

It is IEEE policy to only include papers in IEEE Xplore when the authors have attended the conference and presented their work.

(NOTE: If you are travelling from outside the EU and need a
visa to travel to Portugal -
you are advised that
visa applications may take some time and you should apply early.
The conference
Chairman can provide a letter for your visa application).

| Information for Oral Presentations |
|
|
|
The time slot for each presentation is 20 minutes and 30 minutes for keynote talks, including 5 min for discussion. We kindly ask you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping the schedule. |

|
|
Please bring your presentations on a USB memory stick in MS-Power Point or Adobe PDF format and upload it at least 15 minutes before your session starts. |

|
|
In order to avoid any problems with displaying your presentation, please make sure that it is compatible with following applications:
MS Office Version 2007 Standard (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows Mediaplayer 11, Adobe Acrobat Reader 9. |

|
A training room will be available for tests. |

| Information for Poster Presentations |
|
|
|
Posters must be displayed in portrait format, A0 in size (width = 84 cm X height = 120 cm;
width = 33.11 in X height = 46.81 in). Each poster board is marked with the poster ID-number. |
|
|
|
Posters should be on the board 45 minutes before presentation. |
|
|
|
Authors are required to stand by their posters during the whole posters session, and to remove them from the boards immediately after the end of the poster session. |
