A welcome reception will be offered to all Conference attendants by the Mayor of Lisbon, António Costa. The welcome reception will take place at Paços do Concelho, the Lisbon Mayor Building. The nearest subway station is Baixa-Chiado. Participants can pick the subway green line towards Cais do Sodré at Alameda station, and exit at the sixth stop (Baixa-Chiado). Buses will be provided to all participants, and will leave the IST campus by 18:15.
