| Receipts | |||
| The receipt will be issued with the name (person or institution) indicated in the registration form. If you require the inclusion of the VAT number, please indicate it in the “Receipt.Name” field. If the “Receipt.Name” field is not filled in the receipt will be issued with the name of the registrant person. | |||
| If you have any special receipt requirement (for instance a separated receipt for the accompanying person fee or for the banquet ticket) please contact the iWAT secretariat (iWAT2010@it.pt) to deal with it. | |||
| Please note that once a receipt has been issued it is not possible to change it. | |||
| Cancellation Policy | |||
| There is a Euro 50 service fee on all cancellations received until 5 February 2010. Registration fees are non-refundable after 5 February 2010. | |||
